Burton Fleming Village Hall - Bridlington Road, Burton Fleming, Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO25 3LL

Established in 1984: a red brick, single storey building.  Internally there is an open beamed ceiling with a large loft area with lighting and ladder access.  The capacity of seating in the main hall is 80 with room for 100 standing.  Externally there is a large car park suitable for coach parking.

The 30th anniversary of its opening was celebrated in 2015 by holding a 'Village Market on the Green'.  This was to replicate a similar market that was held regularly over 30 years ago to raise funds to build the hall.

Facilities include: disabled access, large hall, fully equipped kitchen, central heating and toilets.

Activities include: indoor bowls, coffee mornings, cycle events/racing, whist drive, Zumba, children's club, car boot/table top sales, history group, geographical talks,  dances, demonstrations (cookery,Christmas, beauty etc), Young Farmers meetings, Parish Council meetings, Polling Station.

Special Events: theatre nights, live music, bingo nights, private bookings for Christenings, Funerals, Birthdays, Dinner Parties.

Community Services: ERYC Community Emergency Incident Room, NHS Community Health Bus.

Hire Rates: £10.00 per hour for residents, £12.00 per hour for non-residents and £15.00 per hour for businesses or training provision by negotiation.

Directions: the village hall is the last building at the East end of the village.  At the Burton Arms Cross Roads (centre of the village), turn left if travelling from North, turn right if travelling from South and straight on if travelling from West.
